And I wanted to see what my brain would come up with, if Chabik was still alive in the current evants of Arslan Senki. He would probably have followed Arslan and Daryun to Narsus and be the designated grandpa of the group! I tried drawing him with a shield, since I picture him to be more of a shield wileder during battle (aka slamming said shield into people).

the french demons taking over my body when i read tf2 fics where someone very clearly used google translate when they wanted Spy to speak french (i am visibly shaking and twitching)

“You are either very bold or very drunk.” His words echoed in her mind and she internally smirked. Despite her innocent look, she could indeed be very bold given the opportunity. Especially if she really wanted something badly, drunk or not. And to be honest, she almost had just kissed the poor man. Even though she had created a slight distance between them, he immediately closed it right back. She listened to his words intently while subconsciously bringing her left thumb to her lips. As she was considering his offer, she slightly gasped when his hand touched her knee and caressed the outside of her thigh. I guess it was his time to catch her off guard like she had done. After a few seconds had passed, she realized that she needed to answer him. Clearing her throat, she shot him a smile. “As much as I enjoy your company, I would honestly hate to inconvenience you. I left the keys to my place at the hotel, and I don’t even have the keys to the hotel.” She paused for a second and grabbed her phone. “And my phone is dead.” She stared at the black screen of her phone and laughed. “I wouldn’t even know where to go at this point to be honest.” She had no idea what she was going to do now, but she didn’t care as long as she had his company.

like take a look at this goofy alien guy: hes an alc//h//lic, he has traits of a multiple personality disorder, hes an addict, he has very clear abandonment issues and went on a family bender, he smokes; all those things right there are DEFINITELY trauma responses like he clearly has LOTS of trauma he isnt properly dealing with

he even keeps his dad in the smiths freezer and takes a bite of it every year on his bday for gods sake like he aint right in the head

on today's episode of 'acaica's background thoughts for the dess raises kris au': okay but lets be serious do dess and chara actually stay together in the end--

#drkau #chatter #i debate over this point SO OFTEN LOL #they are BACKGROUND characters. like medium at best.#dess (or asriel or both you can argue any way) is the catalyst for everything but at the end of the day this is a kids story #and noelle IS still going to be the main character #but. man. does desschara work it out #their dynamic will be by far one of the hardest ones to write it think #it is very messy and very complicated and neither of them make great choices #and ive been writing a test piece of them for a WHILE #which. was good to get a decent nail of their characters as they stand in this au #but introduced SO MUCH MORE MESS. bc chara is aroace and 100% has some trauma and fucked-up feelings around sex #but xe DOES have sex with dess. and its like. does xe fully consent to it? yes!#does dess check in to be sure hey you're down bc she knows chara is ace while she isnt? also yes!!!#by the books they do everything right its just. chara is very very very good at rationalizing things.#and xe is. not actually as okay with this as xe is trying to be. and in fact this is very unhealthy for xir #(and then theres this whole OTHER layer of dark worlds and prophecies and everything that leads to frisk being born)#and its like. man. Man. this is so much to juggle #just everything between desschara is jngdfg they are trying their bests but it really is not going that well #bc they meet at like. 19-20 i think and chara's had nobody at all and sorta keeps chasing being someone's most important person #and dess has never had someone who has understood her on a level like chara #who really truly gets what shes about as a person and how she operates in the world #and its just a perfect storm really. and they both have kids and dess did technically kidnap hers just a little bit #and she never tells that to chara. and she tries but she cannot stay in place with xir #and chara couldnt hate her bc. again. has never experienced unconditional love #or love at all really </3 so instead of ever having hard conversations xe will brush it all under the rug #and sorta just enable dess's worse impulses. even sometimes at the expense of their literal children #ITS MESSY YALL. AND LIKE.#at the end of the day we'll see lol maybe they work it out maybe they dont. i have no idea. ive gotta write the thing #and if dr chapters 3&4 come out that could complicate things even FURTHER--

Also I made my boy in SecondLife the best I could.

I can't find any appropriately scruffy-punk clothing for the base I'm using... And it's the most decent skeleton body on SL that is bento enabled and works with Kemono clothes and that skeleton head in particular. Tried to mess with transparency in retexturing some items but the alphas get all fucky and it looks terribad.

Speaking of which there's a surprising lack of bento skulls that aren't overly realistic... And only one decent Gaster head.

#SecondLife #I wish you could upload mesh items without having to have payment info on file #I've probably got enough $L because I was grandfathered into the marketplace before payment info was needed for that too #so I've got textures and etc. that sell decently enough for me to have $L on hand to buy shit #but alas! I'm stuck with sculpties...#I tried to make a Gaster head a looong time ago and I used it for a long while but ugh.#Sculpty quality doesn't have any sharp edges #Either that or I'm doing it wrong #and it can't be bento'd either -- not that I'd know how to rig it lol #And that's FINE because Bunny's face is a mask like Hexadecimal's so animation isn't needed #But the quality is still doodoo #I GUESS I could just make a generic head shape and paint the face on >:/ or find one that's retexturable

#everywhere i have lived i have lucked out there has been a decent local coffee place that does seasonal drinks #i will try different things just no regular milk or cream no whipped cream #but they usually can make them without #last year i tried a lavender latte that was really interesting #this year during winter they had a white chocolate cherry latte that was super good #i drink black coffee or just coffee with a little oat milk at home #but if i am getting something from a coffee shop i am having something novel lol #-Lue asks
